Ordered sandwich delivery. I got charged, but never received food. Pretty sure they gave my food to somebody else without confirming who they gave it to.

I order sometimes twice a week same order every time. But the consistency and quality slowly but surely declines every time. This time the bread wasn't even cooked all the way...just a chewy mess everything thing sliding off. And don't ask me If I want it cut in half 50/50 chance you'll get it that way. This will more than likely won't be ordering from here again.

Seems like when I try a sammich, it's a gooey mess that slides out of the bun. I like the bread, but everything seems slimy to me. Too much goop. I get disappointed every time. Subway is a tad better.

They should know this review is coming, first of all there is a lack of customer service at this establishment. I order a sandwich, chips and a cookie all through the app, my order was submitted at 11:23 am (me thinking I will beat the rush lunch hour and it should be here by my lunch time which it starts at noon.) I got a text saying that it was out for delivery at around 11:45 or so; so I waited for it to get here but by noon no one had showed up. I called the store, this lady answered and I told her why I was calling she said it was out for delivery and that I should wait, so I waited more. At 12:20 pm (1 hour after I placed my order) nothing was delivered yet, so I called the store again, I tell her who I am and this time she tells me that my food was delivered to the wrong address and that the driver is on his way back to the wrong address so he can pick up the food again and he can deliver it to me??????? I tell her what happens if they already opened it and she says "oh no they didn't". That is crazy! I've never heard of something like this, she gets mad at me and basically says "oh I'm sorry we're humans we make mistakes too", yes we're all humans but for my order to take 1 hour to be deliver and on top of that to be delivered to the wrong address. The "we're humans too" speech does not apply. Yes I did hang up on her and I told her I could see now that they cannot do anything right. Now, I was not going to be taking that food not knowing where it has been for the past hour, so when the driver came to my work to try to deliver it, I told him to just take it with him or to put it on the garbage because I was not taking that food. He proceeded to leave it the outside the door on the floor and left. I've order from them multiple times and this is by far the worst restaurant experience ever.

Happy New Years to me thanks to my sandwich. This was my first time ever going to the JJ in storm lake and it did NOT disappoint. Thank you to the lovely lady with the pretty pink hair for the magical moment of that sub. First meal of 2024 and it was out of this world. Thank you.

We placed an in-person order for 7 sandwiches yesterday November 12th ~1:30 p.m. we were very specific with 2 Italian subs with oil and vinegar. These two subs were found to contain meat that had large ares of fat…no oil and vinegar but had mayonnaise instead. Not only was it “gross”, but caused some stomach distress…before investing the contents. Another specialty sandwich was consumed by another family member who threw up and had diarrhea and severe cramping that evening and overnight. Poor quality ingredients, preparer did not follow the stores ingredients (as listed) and two customers sickened. A family member may bring two sandwiches which thankfully not eaten back to the store. Storm Lake, Iowa.
The sandwiches were not prepared how they were ordered… family complained of fatty meat, and our nearly hundred dollar order got most of us sick… I’ve ordered subs there before, and seems like they always screw up the order… I can deal with the order not being correct, but not the subs getting us sick… will not be going to this location again… do better, act like you care about your product!!

Your stupid app messed my order up and didn't save my mods so I got the wrong sandwich. I know it don't effect you at all but I will never eat there again or anywhere location. Oh well, it is what it is!

I visited this location on the evening of September 9th, 2023. Through the drive-thru window, I witnessed a female employee with bright red hair pick up her cell phone with her gloves on, talk on it for a few minutes, then set it down, & start making a sandwich with the exact same gloves on ?
