Evan, who works there, is absolutely awesome. Jimmy John’s has great employees, and they have a great leader among them! It’s probably the cleanest fast-food restaurant in town. I love that they consistently follow food safety practices and take my allergy seriously. I know it’s never 100%, but they really do make sure to follow safety protocols.

When they take your order and then they can’t even make the sandwich correct maybe they should get a different job. I was thinking about a sandwich for dinner so I stopped in and ordered a sandwich chips and a drink. The younger girl who took my order was more interested in playing games with her coworkers than making my sandwich. I will never be back. So when I pointed out that the sandwich wasn’t correct she looked at me like I was being rude? Then it took the woman who was on her break and eating nachos to see that I was disappointed with my sandwich and she then offered to make it again. Then I watched as it wasn’t her and it was the younger woman who made the mistake the first time and I said I didn’t want it because I thought she would mess with my sandwich because I complained. If the younger generation can’t even follow directions to make a sandwich correctly then our society is in major trouble.

Just went to JJ’s in Carroll to get a quick sandwich before my hair appointment. I sat at the drive through order area for about 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I asked for a #3 Little John and this is what I got… about two little spoonfuls of tuna salad on my sandwich. I didn’t have time to go back and ask for more, but it’s a little disappointing to spend almost $6 on a sandwich that’s basically bread and lettuce.

I order sometimes twice a week same order every time. But the consistency and quality slowly but surely declines every time. This time the bread wasn't even cooked all the way...just a chewy mess everything thing sliding off. And don't ask me If I want it cut in half 50/50 chance you'll get it that way. This will more than likely won't be ordering from here again.

Seems like when I try a sammich, it's a gooey mess that slides out of the bun. I like the bread, but everything seems slimy to me. Too much goop. I get disappointed every time. Subway is a tad better.
