I ordered a medium fry and a quarter pounder with cheese in the drive thru. I was only the second car in line. Waited 12 minutes and the fries and burger were both cold and dry.

One of the workers did not even know the menu and when we finally got to the window to pay after a long time trying to explain to him the menu, he then did not scan the deal on my app. With no care in the world. Kids these days.

There's no garbage cans outside? I also wait for my food for up to half an hour without fail every time and it comes out cold. I have also paid for someone else's food on two occasions because they didn't close the order infront of me before taking my order

Only 1 star as I stopped going to McDonalds 3 years ago. Their prices are outrageous & everything has shrunk. I have noticed lately that everything has sky-rocketed.
I always get mad when I see this sign because I did order on the App and they still park my car! So tell me again, how does ordering on the app save time??
