Received half or order, didn’t cut one pizza. When they came back with the rest of my order the lady said she didn’t bring the ranch I ordered but I should be thankful I got the pizza because they are busy.

While the food was good, as always from pizza hut, this locations cleanliness was horrible. Carpets were dirty, pieces of food and crumbs on multiple tables that was never cleaned up in the 45mins we were there. Most tablecloths were sticky. Seasoning shakers were disgusting like they had never been cleaned. Counted 6 staff members on duty(my family was the only group there eating). The state of the dining room was unacceptable. It's obvious the employees don't care. It's a counter service only pizza hut so the staff brought out the food and that was it.

We walk in, grab a menu, and go to the counter to order. We order the garlic cheese bread 1st and the lady stood there messing with the computer for ever and she then asked to see the menu and asked us which appetizer exactly we wanted. Hello....Then she goes to ask for help and she asked the guy if she was putting in the order right and he took over which was a good thing because my husband says "we also want to order a pizza and 2 drinks too." So the guy entered the rest of our order. I then went to the bathroom and the restroom smelt like sewer, there was bm all over the inside of the toilet and on the tank!, and the sink was filthy! Now, my husband and I were the 1st and only customers inside the place (should have been a clue but we did go there as they opened) which brings me to conclude the female worker destroyed the bathroom before they opened or it definitely wasn't cleaned after they closed last night! Our food was brought out fast and the garlic cheesebread was good, pizza was....ok. (It's sad that we experienced this because we went to a football game after our experience and the Porta potties didn't smell and we're cleaner than this joint!) So disappointed coming here when it's hard to find a Pizza Hut anymore.?

Worst place ever food wasn’t even every hot and the buffet omg nothing there no salad bar hardly any pizza and the pasta was old you can hear all the employees laughing and yelling in the back honestly it needs to be shut down it’s so gross
The manager on duty was extremely rude instead of lecturing me about inflation, the cost of CO2 tanks and staffing at her restaurant. It was such a confrontational experience. I lost my appetite for the food after receiving it.

Pizza does not look like how it was advertised has a weird smell and looks like they threw a bunch of day-old pepperonis on it and put in the oven and it has a weird taste after you bite into it
