Had all but given up on ever eating at a Pizza Hut. Then we moved to Storm Lake, IA area. Wanted pizza for dinner and The Hut is one of two places to choose from. So...we bit the bullet. So glad we did! The pizza was very good, it was ready exactly when I asked for it to be, the order was spot on correct, and the counter-server volunteered to carry my order to my car (I use a cane to walk). We'll be back to this Hut!
We stopped for a quick lunch. Food was good, and for 2 employees running the entire operation, they did well. COVID has reduced staffing to a help yourself, order at the counter, get your own silverware, here’s a cup, grab a plate operation — but still worth the effort.
The pizza was great as always, and my order was done within the estimated timeframe. Only negative I had was I got 11 wings with a 12 wing order. Not enough to turn my attitude negative.
