screwed up our reservations. screwed up our rooms. Got kicked out of the restaurant because we ordered pizza. apparently you can only take pizza to go & can't eat in the restaurant. rip off all the way!!!

We had a great waitress tonight and the food was very good as always. They were very busy tonight but our waitress was top notch and everything was timely. I would recommend giving them a try.

Service was slow, food was okay although not very hot, don't order the Gelato as it was crystallized. Other desserts were very good.

They have a great menu that offers a little bit of everything. Kids menu gives several kid friendly options and doubles as a coloring page. We were there for dinner on a Sunday. The restaurant was busy for a Sunday night so drink order was a little slow coming out but food was quick. The young man who was our server did an excellent job keeping up. There are windows across the entire dining room so views of the lake are very nice. There is outdoor seating but due to the weather we stayed inside. This is a great place for dining or just stopping in for drinks.

We love getting Regatta whenever we're in town, and this past weekend we were especially excited to share it with visiting family from out of state. We decided to place a large to-go order for everyone — and what a frustrating experience it turned out to be.

It took six phone calls before anyone even answered. When we finally got someone on the line — nearly an hour later — I tried to be understanding since it was clearly a busy weekend. But the woman who picked up barely let me finish placing the order before abruptly hanging up on me. I tried calling back to complete the rest of the order, but after more unanswered calls, I gave up.

When I picked up what little I was able to order, I brought it home (we live about 20 minutes from town). Thankfully, the food was still warm and, as always, absolutely delicious. Everyone loved it. But we were really disappointed that we couldn’t get the full experience — we had wanted to order more, especially the spinach artichoke dip or the stake bites, but never got the chance.

Later last night, I ran into a friend at Walmart who said they had the exact same issue — they couldn’t get through to Regatta by phone either, and ended up having to call the Front Desk to place their order. Even then, they had to return twice to get everything they ordered.

We all love Regatta for the food, but the service lately has been incredibly frustrating. It really took away from what was supposed to be a special evening with family.

$7+ for a draft Coors. At one point the entire staff went outside and left the bar unattended, no wonder I was the only one in the place on a weekend.

Not everyone is on the same page. I wouldn’t stay another night. I would go to the waterpark but not when it’s super windy if you like slides. I know they closed the slide for safety reasons. See comment.
