I am certainly a Scooters fanatic, and this is my usual location. Depending on the day, the drinks and food are well-prepared and staff is polite. On occasion drinks are made wrong, the food is cold, and the staff are too preoccupied talking to do anything other than hand you your order. Overall, I would definitely visit, but just be prepared for a hit-or-miss (usually hit!) experience.
The service was absolutely wonderful, but I ordered a chai latte and it tasted very strange, too sweet and just had a weird after taste. My husband really enjoyed his coffee though, he got a cookie butter latte and said it wasn't overly sweet. I will definitely try again in the future and update my review.
