We sat for about 30 minutes waiting for our blizzards. No one ahead of us ordered anything large, no apologies for the long wait, drive through attendant was texting while we were waiting for our food. Just a horrible experience. Oh and one of our blizzards was not only the wrong flavor but half melted.

I thought the food (cheeseburger, fries, sundae, & fountain drink) were good. The fries were particularly good Food was ordered and then brought to your table. Atmosphere wise, it could probably use an update. Furthermore, there was a lot of background noise (like a vacuum cleaner?) That never quit while we were there. TV on wall was turned off - I'm unsure of the story there.
Seems most fast food quality is going downhill. DQ is no different.

My family has traveled a lot and this is the cleanest most welcome place we have seen in a long time. The food was hot and ready very fast. Even the restroom was clean and stocked. You and your employees should be proud.
