So here's the situation, it took me a long time to get my food but that's not the problem anymore, a very nice gentleman who was on the drive-thru is handing people food, and keeps apologizing about the long wait and I greatly appreciate that, He's doing his best and he's doing a good job. But the people making the food they need to be investigated they are not doing a good enough job. See the picture below they definitely just threw this shi together because they were in a hurry. Disrespectful to the limited time nature of the McRib, I'm having to assemble the sandwich myself and put all the parts together because the people that actually made the food didn't do a good job at all.

If your looking for a quick bite on the road, pass this McDonalds, wait was over 30 minutes, employees moved incredibly slow, alot of people left without their order, frustration just hangs in the air! The kicker was after that long wait you'd expect your food to be hot, NOPE!! It was awful!

DRIVE UP SHELBY- this is such a nice location! Not only do I come up to pay my respects and say a prayer to the freedom rock, and all those who served, but I got really nice service, as I always do from SHELBY! She’s very fun, efficient and funny! Last time I came through the boss was working lol! Such a nice location and representation of Story City. And that is why I will drive a few extra miles to stop in here.

We started in line at the drive thru at 11:15am and the line didn't move for 15 minutes so we decided to go inside. Placed our order on the kiosk and it took 20 minutes to get out order, so much for fast food! The restaurant was dirty the tables needed to be cleaned and there was garbage under the tables. Not a great experience at all we will probably back to this particular McDonald's.

This McDonald’s so extremely slow. They seem to focus on drive thru customers first before curbside and dine-in. The drive thru lanes were going at a good pace. I did a mobile curbside pick up and it took 32 minutes for 4 items. It was not even busy at the time too. The oil used for the food was super old because there were lots of burnt particles on the burger and fries. Overall, I would not recommend this McDonald’s if you’re looking for something quick. Wait times are ridiculous and I will definitely not be coming back ever.

Came in to use 2 free meal cards that where given to me cuz my nuggets where raw and a was told I could not use them I asked to speak with a manager and was told no n he tore up coupons. What bs
