Usually not bad. A few times like today they repeated my order to me when I paid, but still didn't give me all my food. Do better, the kids at night never mess up it's always the older people during the day

The grossest McDonald's I've ever been to. I travel the USA & thos os the nastiest. My food was cold. Workers weren't working, just talking on their phones. I have pics to prove this place is disgusting. This place should be shut down! The health department will be notified & McDonald's headquarters

Fire the manager and give Josie the job. She seems to be the only person who can communicate and problem solve. She arrived to work 30 minutes after we ordered, and got things moving right away. Terrible (non-existent) service 'toll she showed up!

Stopped at this McDonald’s during my trip, and the experience was quick and straightforward, which is exactly what you want on the road. The staff moved fast, and my order came out hot and freshly prepared without any delays. The fries were crisp, the burger tasted as it should, and everything was packaged cleanly.
The dining area was tidy and well maintained, with tables wiped down and enough seating to take a short break before getting back on the highway. Even with steady traffic, the place stayed organized and easy to navigate. Overall, a reliable McDonald’s stop with fast service, fresh food, and a clean environment.
The wait time for a single cheese burger and iced coffee was 20 plus minutes. As I was standing there waiting to ask an employee about my food, I watch several employees not wearing gloves handling already cooked food. I watched a separate employee open a McNuggets box, place his hand (that had a bandaid, no glove) on the nuggets to ensure they were still warm. Being ServSafe certified myself, I know that you are supposed to wear a single use glove on the hand that has the bandage for double barrier. That employee was not. They were all yelling for Sean (Im guessing the manager) asking if they can go to break. I was absolutely shocked and disgusted to see how they were handling COOKED food with no gloves and not taking proper safety precautions to eliminate contamination, especially since one of the employees had a BANDAGE on his finger touching food with it!
