A VeryPositive Experience ....that may have gotten off on the wrong foot . I used the app and pick up in store option. They got one order but we added a chicken sandwich after sending so it was a separate order. They didn't get the mobile order for chicken sand, The young man at the counter said it was being prepared and he didnt need to see my order conf. Slowest service of any McDonald's in the area. Drive thru always is backed up, and they seem totally disorganized. Sadly it's the only McDonald's from Des Moines to Shelby, Iowa.
Food was hot....and very sloppy. Wait time was too long for a McDonald's. Pretty much clean overall. If you want something to eat it's fine, just prepare to wait for your food
