Poor attitude from a worker. Was talking badly about guests within earshot. Kept telling other workers that they did not want to serve a customer because of a situation that they were not involved in. Guest did nothing to deserve that type of treatment. Made it an unwelcoming experience and environment.

Sumner is very fortunate to have a shop like Cups and Cones. They offer the opportunity for teens to work during the summer and patrons to enjoy a sweet treat downtown.
