Good service Good food Amazing Margaritas🍹

We ordered the carne asada and the two burrito dishes and both were very disappointing and just not worth what we paid. The carne asada was half fat and grizzle and there was no pico. The two burrito dish was literally chicken (seemed to be canned chicken) and ground beef in tortillas covered in sauce and lettuce. And to top it all off, the chips were fried in rancid oil which meant they tasted awful. This was a takeout order.

The food is good and portion sizes are great. Serive is sometimes lacking but the staff are friendly.

Went on Saturday night. We were the 2nd table for a long time. Chips and salsa came fast. Drinks came fast. Then they didn’t come to get our order for awhile. Food came and it was dry and not very warm.

Please don't go here. I travel all the time and eat Mexican food alot. This is in the bottom 2% of the Mexican restaurants I've been to. Everything had a wierd taste Including the water. The reviews on here have to be fake!

We finally tried El Encanto last night.. wish we would have tried it sooner! Waiter was busy, service was a bit slow. But food came quickly, flavor of steak meat was AMAZING! Margaritas were a bit small. All in all great little restaurant in Sumner. Hoping it continues to thrive and stays here. Will return!

This is NOT it! I lived in Sacramento, CA for 10 years and Taco Bell makes better "Mexican" food than this place. Recently stopped with my family after a day of discovering the north eastern towns of Iowa and found ourselves traveling home through Summer around dinner time so decided to stop. First off July in IA is warm yes but it was cooler outside than inside. The service is Terrible too!! Never asked if we wanted more chips even though the basket was empty, never asked if we wanted more drinks, heck they never came back to the table after they dropped the food. Who does that?!?! My wife and I ordered steak and chicken fajitas to split, more peckish than hungry and it's like the cook ran out of steak so they mixed in Ground Beef?!?! Like, what, because this is rural IA no one would know the difference between Steak, and Ground Beef? You're better off just making food at home.

My family and I stopped here for dinner and left extremely unsatisfied. The waiting staff was not at all attentive, there is a language barrier (or pretending to dodge responsibility). We ordered the chicken and steak fajitas, after we were served we saw it was in fact ground beef with small trace amounts of steak. When we stated that we would not be eating nor paying for it they acted like they didn’t understand. Our children ordered the burritos and were served enchiladas with what tasted and looked like watered down ketchup and very dry ground beef. Nothing food wise was authentic. If you’re looking for good service and real Mexican food look somewhere else. This was very disappointing.

Staff was friendly. Ordered takeout. Portions were small. I ordered a chicken quessadilla and it was a 10 inch tortilla folded, all chicken, barely any cheese with no other ingrediants. I didnt get any sides. No salsa. No sour creme. $13 dollars which is supposed to come with sides. Husband order 4 tacos and they charged him for a full meal.
