Ordered chicken bacon ranch sub. Chicken was ice cold, bacon was ice cold and the cheese was ice cold. I had to microwave my sandwich when I got home which is a mile down the road. Have not been impressed at all lately.

I have ordered online 3x and each time I still end up waiting over 20 minutes beyond my pick up time for my order to be made, because the girl behind the counter takes 15 minutes to make 1 sandwich and has no idea what she is doing 99.5% of the time... $13 for an onion sandwich.....

First time I have ever walked out of a Subway. Normally the food and service at this one is good but the young gal working at 1:30 could not multitask making sandwiches and talking. People in front of me had to repeat their order multiple times resulting in an excessive wait time. Ended up leaving without ordering.

Night people been closing early you can see them laughing and talking and when you try to call they disconnect the phone Happen on more than one occasion

When trying to order our meal, staff was too busy talking to customer in front of us who already had his meal. When got to order, the person was in such a hurry that didn't put pizza sauce all the way to edge of crust. Some pieces came out without cheese as when putting it in the box, the box was not on a flat surface so cheese slid to one side. Disappointed.

The people are great on nights! Have only had a couple time where lettuce they had was not appealing; but, otherwise always enjoy going here for my Subway choice. *Night time you killin' it! (Not sure the young female with short dark hair with glasses; she's great! Very professional).
