Small diner located near the edge of town. Stopped around brunch, but we decided to peruse the all day breakfast menu. Prices were decent and portions were large. Simple but nice meal. Wait staff was courteous and attentive.
My family and I came to Sumner on Memorial Day weekend to visit the cemetery where my husband, nephew and my parent’s graves. The weather was miserable… rainy and cold. We met there and had a very tasty lunch. After our trek to the cemetery, we came back and had hot cocoa and pie. The ladies there were wonderful and ended up not charging us! What a warm gesture to receive from my old hometown I give Sumner Family Restaurant a 10! We will be back!!❤️
A neat little place! I came here with my family and we had a wonderful time! Our waitress was really polite and made me smile! I recommend the chopped sirloin with the grilled onions! ?
