Hired Alpha Omega for Main Line sewer backup they attempted to clear the drain later told me that I would need $1,500 in repair they would have to contact the city to come out and check the Main Street drain and flush it The city did nothing Alpha Omega confirmed that the city flush the main line Alpha Omega told me that they tried to power jet the house Maine and water backed up through the floor drain All said and done Alpha Omega left me with a flooded basement and the $800 bill I rented equipment clean the main line myself and confirmed the house floor drain does not attach to the main line so there was no way water could have backed up through there Alpha Omega did not do their job lied to us and then overcharged us we have tried numerous times to discuss the bill they refuse to talk to us refuse to answer emails refuse to return phone calls

The guys at Alpha and Omega do an okay job but they're very disorganized. Shawn is a very arrogant man and likes to talk about his customers behind their back, especially those who are unable to pay or have a difficult time paying their bill. He has no idea where he is going from one day to the next. His wife "runs" the office and is horribly disorganized. Just go in to the office sometime, chaos and clutter everywhere. Tanya is very judgemental and also talks badly about their customers. When a customer comes in not knowing what they want, there is a lot of laughter and judging going on after they leave the "showroom." Pricing is marked up outrageously. You're much better off going to Hineline. There you'll be respected.
