Known as the best rural restaurant in the region, it is literally the only restaurant within 50 miles that serves fresh seafood, making it a fantastic choice for diners. Their jumbo shrimp and prime rib are standouts, with the sandwich cut prime rib with shrimp being a recommended combination. The steak, including the 8oz Rib-eye, is cooked to perfection and flavored just right, contributing to an overall fun and enjoyable dining experience. The cozy country atmosphere is family-friendly, ideal for special occasions like anniversaries or birthday dinners. While it can be busy, with a wait for a table on peak days, the connecting bar provides a nice place to enjoy a drink while waiting. The waitstaff, including Whitney and Chelsie, are friendly and deserving of generous tips for their awesome service. Additionally, the chef salad is highly recommended, being huge and too good to pass up, often leading to leftovers for the next day.
