We mobile ordered and all that was ready was fries. They didnt even know we had ice cream on the ticket till I asked to pick it up. Sucks ordering ahead and waiting extra long for the privilege. Also there are so many flies inside it was miserable waiting and being chewed on.

With the new owner the place is taking shape. Yes the wait time is still the same but the food is better and the people are nicer. On a normal day I’ve seen a 5 cars be in and out within a couple mins before it would take a good 10 mins. The new owner is doing a way better job then the old one. From what I hear the only one treated the employees like trash.

Cheese curds are great, cheeseburgers are horrible out of 3 different times rhe cheese curds were great the cheeseburger was not edible my dog would not even eat

The history of this place have had its ups and downs and lately its been up. The staff are very friendly and the time for order to getting our ice cream is very reasonable. I haven't had an issue with them not having certain ingredients for quite awhile.

Horrible experience every single time. Girl at the window is awful. She won't take your order at the drive thru until she is done with the ppl at the window because she can only do one thing at a time. Root beer floats are put in pop cups with lids and no straws or spoons. If you order a cone and food they make the cone right away and leave it melting on the counter while waiting for your food then hand it to you melting and wonder why you ask for a new one. Every time it's ridiculous but it's the only place in town so people go there. That's the only reason. Some adults should work there. If they do I've never seen them. The kids aren't cutting it that's for sure. Side note....the responses to the comments are generic. Probably aren't even read.
