My wife had a difficult surgery. She craved a Hardee’s Cheeseburger. I went in to the Tipton Hardee’s and ordered one. I was waited on by a lovely woman name Tameka. She was warm, professional and efficient. Very pleasant affect. I sure hope Hardees is considering her for a management position. She has management potential.

Today in drive in Tameka was so fast in giving me my food out to my car and so polite someone needed to give her a raise she do excellent work experience I will be coming back to your store

The food at this location is almost always fresh and good. It's a little slow, but that's what you can expect because they're usually a bit understaffed and the food is all cooked fresh. Normally I'd rate this lower for service because they do have a lot of turnover and the new folks don't generally know how to do things as efficiently or quickly. Today was the exception. Tameka seemed to be working the place all by herself. It was doing a fantastic job. She was taking orders making change, walking out, taking money delivering food, making drinks, with ruthless efficiency. That woman deserves a raise.

Very clean! I don't eat out at fast food much but I used to work for Alex when he had a Hardee's in Anamosa and I know how clean he keeps his restaurants. Great job with Tipton store! But your missed in Anamosa 🙂

Rude service, they always treat you like you are bothering them for just getting food. Rude impolite manager. They never smile. The wait for food is long even when there are no cars to wait for. The food still comes out cold.

Good fresh fries. Person struggled to take my order and enter it correctly. I made modification requests and told that things weren't not on the sandwich (mayo). Order arrived covered in mayo and included all items requested to be left off. Bun was also dry and hard.
