Ive ordered through the app many times and the last 3 times I've ordered, we never get the right order, the sandwiches never match the receipt. It cant be that hard.

The food is fantastic, and although they appear to be short-staffed, they're able to get you your food quickly. I don't have much to say about the atmosphere there as I really only get sandwiches to go

Very friendly staff I ordered some small subs for a group they were very accommodating and had Subs ready when I got there very easy to work with
Ordered a salad. Barely got any lettuce in my bowl, only like 2 veggies that i ordered. Never chopped it. Worst salad I ever ordered from here. The sandwhich barely had anything on it. Will be a very long time before coming back here

Employees are not removing gloves when touching register & money then going back & touching food.
I had accidentally left my wallet somewhere else and I sent someone to get while I waited. The gentleman at counter was was super nice about like no worries. Amazing customer service
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a way to get wheelchairs over the curbs which sadly is not always the case

It's a subway.. nothing amazing. Kind of dumb they added an option for "tips" on a fast food place where their only job is to literally put the ingredients I request onto a loaf of "bread" and roll it up in a piece of paper. Turn the counter around, charge me less for the sandwich and I'll just make it myself!

I went in to get a salad and they wouldn't chop it up. It just got thrown in a bowl, whole slices of bacon tossed on top, the kid with the dyed hair and the older lady did not seem to care at all and the older lady was very blunt and snippy. Wish I'd taken pictures so I could show how sad this salad looked, very disappointing. The only good thing I can say was that the restaurant seemed clean, so at least it didn't feel gross.
