Really good service, food is kinda mid, atmosphere is slightly lacking. The food I ordered was the Big Burger and the onions were cut weird and it was hard to hold. The drinks had the perfect water to syrup ratio. 3/5 Good place to go after an event and/or before one because of the decently fast and good service.

Manager felt that the food took too long to get to me so without asking she refunded my money and still gave me my meal , very friendly staff would definitely recommend to friends

We stopped in Toledo on Sept. 24 around 12:30, ordered 2 fries, a small hame and cheese and a chicken sandwich all of which were not even close to being warm. This is the first ever in years that we've had this happen. Very surprised and having second thoughts on considering stopping in the future!! Very disappointed!
