Stopped on our way home from surgery at UIHC and the staff was some of the rudest I've ever encountered. Asked for a kids meal w roast beef and told rb it's NOT an option for a kids meal. Ordered a sub in a bowl (due to gluten allergy), asked if they could cut it and was told they don't have the utensils to chop a salad. Both understandable, but their answers were short and rude, as if we were putting them out. SUPER disappointeing!

I have ordered from here twice- BOTH times the orders have been completely wrong. Today not only did they give us sandwiches with completely wrong toppings (and not even cut in half), they also double wrapped but still so poorly the subs leaked through the double wrapping and the paper bags all over my car seats.

Just walked out of Toledo Subway it was so nasty. I tried to order two subs but just walked out. Vegetables were brown and lady putting the subs together don't know what she's doing. I asked for vinegarette and got some other sauce and she looked at me after I told her it wasn't vinegarette. She was just gonna cover it up. My other sub had so much parm. I wasn't gonna waste my money of the subs that were a mess. What a shame another good restaurant going down

The food is ok, but it's never made right. I have my order door dashed to my work, and out of 6 orders, only has been right. They are always willing to replace my order, but sometimes I'd like to have what I've ordered. I understand people make mistakes! This is just a bit aggravating ?

The tables were all dirty when we came in but I wasn't going to say anything as it isn't my job and they were kinda busy as well. Food was okay my boyfriend's food tasted weird the steak he got didn't taste like steak it tasted weirdly like roast beef. Staff was nice and friendly when we came in

It's just a subway, but the staff is always really friendly and they can usually do a really nice job wrapping the wraps. Sometimes at the marshalltown location they pretty much butcher it. I always get my food to go, but it seems to be very clean as well. I've never seen a mess at the soda station or anything like that. Very decent subway.

Parking: Not a lot of spots, but it's not very busy when I go so it's still not hard to find a spot.
