The food was great but the service wasn't the best. There were people just standing around but no one was willing to take our order. No one acted like they wanted to be there. The store was busy and there were plenty of staff doing nothing besides the drive thru and the cook!
Food was put in to-go boxes by accident, manager came and apologized when he did not need to.Inside of restaurant was clean staff polite.Had a flavor of the day ice cream that was unique and fun( root beer that day we went).
I rarely (if ever?) do this, but since it was so remarkable, I wanted to give a shout-out. We went through the drive-thru on 10/24 around noon, and had THE NICEST lady take our order. I’ve never experienced that kind of friendly customer service in my life, let alone at a fast food drive-thru. She had a positive tone to her voice, was friendly, upbeat, said please and thank you; clearly cared about her customer. Whoever she is, she is an asset to your business and totally deserves...
