Went to Arby’s around 11/12 this morning for lunch. A woman with glasses came to take my order and the odor coming off her body was very pungent and made me not want to eat at the store I did not want to make her feel bad so I told her I had forgot my wallet. I feel like as a grown woman if you can smell that bad you should not be able to work in any food establishment.

Pretty sure I got food poisoning from here. Ordered on 1/17/2025, ate a chicken sandwich with questionable bacon and sauce. Ordered around 645pm. This meal was the only thing I ate at all that day. Around 1am I woke up with the worst stomach cramps and nausea. Woke up for the day around 6am, and proceeded to have diarrhea all day, along with cramps and nausea. I had to lay on my floor and pray to the Arby’s gods to release their hold on my bowels. It’s 1/19/2025 at 7:30 and I still have bad cramps and nausea. We won’t be going back. This is the second time I’ve gotten sick from this place. Shame on me for giving them a second chance.

I have been to this location a few times and service is great, my favorite thing is the jalapeño bites & loop I was surprised how tasty burgers are! They are always happy and friendly. Very surprised how clean it is overall. Was afraid to use the restroom but was impressed too!
We went in to order, but no one was at the front. We waited a few minutes, talking about where everyone was. Saw one other customer there who didn’t say anything to us. One of us walked over to ask if they had been helped only to see they were with the worker that was supposed to be at the front. The worker got all huffy and came back up to the front. We started to order and they were out of roast beef which is what we wanted. She was very rude about it, so we just left without anything. The whole time we were there (about 10 min total) she was the only employee we saw. Don’t know where anyone cooking was. Definitely crossing that one off the list if that’s how it’s run.

The general manager couldn’t take a $20 bill because it was “too old” and she couldn’t tell if it was real. Basically accused me of giving her fake money. Apparently the general has never seen an old $20 before. I would recommend basic grade school again.

Ginger helped us, we went through drive thru, fantastic experience. Very nice. Everything was fresh and hot! We had a beef n' cheddar, curlys, chicken and swiss and mozz sticks. Would 100% go back again!

Wow haven't been to this Arby's in years. This place looks fantastic! Clean and friendly staff. The food was hot! Like extremely hot But that's good. Will definitely be back!!!
3 employees here today are absolutely hustling! They're checking on each other, "if you need help let me know, I got you, etc" Throwing encouraging words to each other, "you guys are doing awesome" and greeting every customer with a smile and speed! All while the internet is down in the neighborhood. Very impressed and thankful!

Wow, I have never seen worse service. No one in the restaurant but it took 5 mins to get anyone to look my way then I was they couldn't take my order. Worse one I've seen.
