A few better options than most fast food restaurants. Roast beef is decent for the price, brisket and chicken are good. The Reuben is also pretty good for the price. I am a fan of the potato cakes.

This was our first visit to Arby's since moving to Des Moines 1 1/2 years ago. We ordered 2 classic roast beef meals. Honestly I'm not sure if I was actually eating real meat. I didn't have to chew it. The roast beef just dissolved in my mouth - and not in a good way. There wasn't any beef flavor either. It was not a good experience and I will not be going back. BTW - the fries and soda were fine. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was nice/clean. I went to Arby's for the roast beef but that was bust.

Our 5yr old Labradoodle loves a double roast beef every other month? He won't touch any other convenience food except a 1/4 lb cheeseburger from a local favorite

If you want sauce don't go to this location. If you forget to tell them, you won't get any. If they ask, you may still not get any. Not just sandwiches either. I didn't get marinara with my mozzarella sticks and was told it's because I didn't request any.

Several missing items, no napkins or sauces even though he asked me what sauce I wanted at the window. They don’t answer the phones, had to go back didn’t seem like they cared. Shake machine was down, window guy was confused. Won’t be back.

Went to Arby’s around 11/12 this morning for lunch. A woman with glasses came to take my order and the odor coming off her body was very pungent and made me not want to eat at the store I did not want to make her feel bad so I told her I had forgot my wallet. I feel like as a grown woman if you can smell that bad you should not be able to work in any food establishment.
