Can't get the order correct my last 2 stops. Last time they didn't put fries in the bag. I even confirmed the order before I drove around because i could tell she didn't get it right. Cheese only/Plain with cheese it doesn't matter what you say (here or the 73rd location) 1/2 the time it won't be plain! Food is not hot like it was for many years- I guess all fast food is unreliable now unfortunately-This was one of the last places to still get good food for me I guess I'll make my own burger from now on- nobody has time to order twice, do better

They were very polite. Had to wait for a slider sandwich, so they gave me a free small shake. Also, they pointed out I could bundle my order for a larger shake and larger fry for the same price. Very customer aware.

Still the greatest best burger in town, hands down! Flat grill cooked, bacon just right, fresh lettuce, tomato and the ketchup and mustard. All together the perfect flavor anywhere. Yum! Yum! Yum!

This place likes to charge you for the extra stuff you order on your sandwich but won’t make it the way you order it. I ordered Only exta jalapeños and only extra mayo there was 4 jalapeños in total on my sandwich and they forgot to put one of my fries in the bag. Oh but they’re sure to tell you the ranch will be extra.

Took forever.I had to repeat my order.Multiple times maybe they couldn't hear me. When I finally did get my food, it was cold.And I mean really cold. The tea was rotten and had fermented. Old. They never asked if I needed anything such as ketchup, and I felt rushed. Was not very good.My fries were extremely salty.I will not be back.
