After being snubbed at Felix & Oscars for 40 minutes.We decided to go to bennigan's where we were treated like royalty we were seated right away we were waited on right away we got fed within 10 minutes of being there. Very highly recommend plus they got a lot of their old menu items back! Come check them out! Highly recommended by me!

Stayed at the Holiday inn connected to this place for 2 weeks for work. Training went multiple times. The first time I had their shrimp and chicken pasta. Kind of disappointed cuz you only got four shrimp for a decent sized plate of pasta but it was good. The next couple times I just got drinks. Tonight I had their Kensington steak, it was decent but with nothing like the picture in the menu it looked more like a flat iron steak than a normal one. The mashed potatoes that came with it were good but the brussel sprouts were disgusting. All in all, it's a decent place to grab a drink and some decent food. We have not been here in probably 20 years and we could not be more pleased. The manager and a server opened both doors for as we entered and the service was the star of this review. The remodeled restaurant was very nice and the food was very good. We will definitely make this place a regular stop.

I have eaten there quite a bit. One of my favorite restaurants in Des Moines. Really good food and service. Best BBQ Ribs i have had anywhere. Outstanding renovation a few years ago. Lonnie is the best restaurant manager in Des Moines. Give it a try you will come back I guarantee

I am not sure how I feel about the visit....I was served-- no one did anything disrespectful but atmosphere was not for me.. I felt super out of place.... like I was an alien. ?
I was there on a weekend at 5pm moderately busy but the service was good and quick. The food was out standing. The Cobb salad is fantastic and huge. I also enjoy the cobb salad at Buffalo wild wings if anyone can suggest another restaurant with an out standing cobb salad please let me know.
