Stopped in on a whim one morning because I was going to go to HyVee to get a loaf anyway but figured I'd try it out. And I was not disappointed! Even just the Honey Wheat bread is good, which is saying something. I bought a lemon poppyseed loaf I'm stoked to try out! Will be returning.
I made my first stop at this store and I have to say please make a visit! This bakery means business! They have granola, rolls, bread loafs and some pastries! Their prices are very fair. I will tell friends, family and coworkers to shop here. Support local!
I am fairly new to the Des Moines area, but what I do enjoy is the small town charm in a big city, which includes finding a local bakery to get fresh bread.
