The atmosphere a when you walk in it looks like it has potential. Tell me why it takes an hour for a cheese burger an 20 wings??? Then they wonder why apple bees got all the business?? Then the bartender/server leaves behind the bar then there no one behind the bar?? Comin from a former server that so unprofessional you should always be present helping customers a making sure there ok a don’t need anything before you need to do something a make sure some can cover for you!!! A for the fact we had to wait for 25 minutes for some forks after the fact he delivered wings to our table like that should be the first thing in the table !!!

The bartender was rude to everyone in our party coming into the bar. We’ve all been servers/bartenders and the service we received was the worst we’ve ever experienced. Even was rude to one of our kids who came in. Don't waste your money.

We ate here last night. Food was horrible and the service was even worse. Employees were rude, the only 3 I saw 2 of them were rolling their eyes anytime they had to interact with someone. It took an hour and a half for our food to come out. Even side salads took an hour. It was probably the worst experience I've had going out to eat. Never again will i give Boss my business!

I would give a negative 5 star.Our server Deanna was very rude the entire time. I tried to kill her with kindness, as I'm a server myself.We ordered cheese curds, a kids spegatii which the meat balls were hard as a rock! I asked for a 2 piece breast and leg, I got a thigh and wing. They also charged me $1.50 for Sour cream. No notice about that was given.She did give me $3 off. She also receives a 19 cent tip. Your servers need to be a little more polite to the customers.. we are your boss! Food was absolutely nasty!

Ordered food projected to be delivered in 36 minutes.Called after the order was 30 minutes late. Manager Jason answered. Said they don’t deliver with doordashers - they deliver themselves and it should be there shortly.Still had not arrived 45 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered. Husband called. Jason the manager said it was delivered. Nothing was though. Jason lied and said he can’t contact the dasher - right after saying they deliver themselves and not through DoorDash. He would not refund us. Said we had to go through DoorDash. This place is a scam. Should be shut down and Jason should find a new job.

I ordered three pizzas and chicken winglets at 5:30. First they said the delivery driver was stuck then they were going to bring the pizzas anyway. Then they were going to give me a new order by 8:00 I was a little upset they said they were going to send me out a new order for free. When I when I called back a woman got on the phone and say that they don't give out no free food and then I had canceled my order the woman was very unprofessional. And it's not like I don't spend good money with them I have. I never will again
