We enjoy Cancun but there is sick a difference in food quality. We order the taco salad a lot and sometimes they are great but other times they are not good. The biggest issue is that they do not drain the water from the lettuce and there is a half inch of water in the bottom of the shell. It totally changes the experience I would say it happens about half the time. When dried properly, the taco salads are great. Here are pivots of the water in the bowl and the paper towel from trying to dry it up.

Your usual decor, but what stood out was the food and service. I would say the best enchiladas I have had. It takes a lot for my boyfriend to find food he would order again or find a restaurant he would go back to and he was thoroughly impressed. Needless to say we will be back!

Had lunch here during a business trip and the food was excellent! The Manager, Marcos, and staff member, Antonio, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond when I needed a copy of my receipt. Great service and delicious food! Highly recommend:)

I have never been so defeated by one menu item. If you do follow in my folly, and decide to order the molcajete zapato, Make sure you bring somebody to share it with, or there could be consequences...
I'd say don't sleep on this place but it looks like Des Moines knows what's up
They didn't seem to like me being there maybe because I'm a white American. Food was ok at best.

This place is a little hidden gem right behind the Pilot truck stop. Was surprised I was the only truck driver there on a Sunday night. Food was excellent! Loved the staff and art work, too.

The pilot Truck stop no longer has any food options, so I parked my rig and walked down the hill to have diner here and was very pleased. I ordered a Shrimp quesadilla. And was very pleased. The shrimp was large and numerous, the onions, greenpepers and queso was excellently prepared and overall I was happy I walked down here during my 10 hours reset. I will be visiting again!!!!
