Did not like the vibe, walked in and walked right back out. Didn’t even give them a chance. Was kind of creepy to walk in, place goes silent and everybody turns to look at us. We love to explore new places, this place just felt weird.

Go there! Today! And then go back as often as you can!Locally owned and operated small business. Seating for maybe 40? Combination of booths, tables, bar. Plenty of parking out front. Handicap accessibility. We had the Douglas special and chicken fried steak and a cinnamon roll. Best of the best on all. Eggs prepared as ordered, crispy hashbrowns as requested, beverages refilled often. Owner stopped by tables a couple of times to check in.Clean space. Nice menu selections. Fair pricing. Our breakfast total was $35 and we tipped generously. There was enough food in the 2 orders for 4 meals.Check them out! You will be happy you did!

We got there less then an hour after opening. Service was slow and only a few other people there. The women's restroom was beyond disgusting. Crusted dry piss all over the toilet. It also took almost a half hour for our food. Not

Miguel is the best owner. The day cook is excellent. The renovated bar seating looks great too

Was driving through and wanted to take the kids to a sit-down local restaurant. Was not disappointed at all. I only saw 2 people working so the wait was a little long but that is to be expected and not worse than most restraunts. Very good food at a good price and friendly staff. Can't ask for any better.Kid-friendliness: Nice family restraunt.

Please eat here. The staff is so helpful and patient. I work near here and try to order something from the local area versus a chain. I wanted an omelette and that's what they served! I wanted jelly and they made it happen! No matter when I asked or inquired about, you could tell they were just grateful to serve and grateful for my business. While it is a smaller establishment, it might be best to come here to pickup or have your coffee there. Anything larger than a solo meal might feel too crowded. Either way it's very welcoming and warm. Give this place your weekly cheat meal!

Honestly, it was the worst food I have ever tasted. The pictures look good but it's not. Way over priced for the cheapest food. Luckily they gave us a discount after we told them. The original bill would have been $77! Tasted like deer meat for the burger. Served on Texas toast but the pictures show buns. Only good thing about this place was their fries. The other thing we ordered was a salad and it had stew tomatoes on it. Who puts stew tomatoes on a salad?! The salad was bagged salad. Not fresh. Had to have my sister repeat everything we ordered. Do not recommend.

Service was okay new waiter, he greeted us with a good morning. Now for the food I ordered the steak and eggs. The steak could not have been even a 3oz steak not even bigger than the palm of my hand. Over seasoned and asked for medium well, it was 100% well done. On to the eggs, asked for cheese on my eggs and the cheese was barely melted on them. Then waiter asked me if I wanted to swap out the hashbrown for the crispy potatoes and was literally brought fried tater tot's. Spouse and son orders the 2 pancakes eggs and meat. Food came out cold and pancake had a cinnamon taste to them. Over all we paid $45 with the 3.99% surcharge for using card plus a $15 tip. Lesson learned this is a honest review you'll have better food at IHOP, Village Inn, even HY-VEE. Save your money, food -1/5 service 3/5.
