Bought the party pack, a cooler to buy 4 pints for 8 dollars. Now they no longer honor it. I feel like charging someone for something and then canceling it but not refunding the purchase is an immoral business practice.

It was 8:00pm November 13th it took us 10 minutes to order and 20 minutes to receive our food and then they forgot a sandwich which I had to wait another 10 minutes for. There were children in charge of children and I think they were all having a good time not working. Worst experience ever at a Culver’s

11/7/25 places our order in the drive through and it took about 17mins not to mention we got our food last even though we place our order before multiple cars behind us. SMH only ordered two kids meals!
I frequent this culvers. It's decent, about what you expect from a culvers. The service is weird though. I've commonly had workers try to take my tray the moment they've set my food down.
Yesterday evening we were eating here and saw that they were giving custard samples out to all of the tables. They got to the one next to us, still with a tray over half full. They skipped right by us and went to the other tables with the rest of it. I had zero expectations for a sample going in, and somehow they managed to disappoint us despite that.

Never once have I gotten the correct order. I’m given and charged for sides I didn’t order, charged and given a larger mixer than I ordered, and numerous times, I’ve had a double cheeseburger when I’ve ordered a single intentionally. Same story today. Shame on me for not inspecting every single item in my bag before leaving the parking lot, but I only get so long for lunch that I can’t sit there double checking if my order was taken correctly.
