I had a terrible experience at Desi Bites. The biryani I received was burnt and tasted awful—completely inedible. When I politely brought it to the staff’s attention, the woman at the counter was extremely rude and argumentative. At first, she admitted the food was bad and even offered to replace it. But moments later, she reversed her statement and started insisting it was good, clearly ignoring the obvious issue.
Instead of handling the situation professionally, she continued to argue, making the whole experience worse. There was zero accountability or basic respect for the customer. I’ve never been treated this poorly at a restaurant.

I highly recommend trying this great Indian spot 🤩 I stumbled upon it and I’m thankful that I did. The restaurant is located inside a grocery store but did appear to have dine-in seating; I’m not certain of the exact seating capacity since I got take-out and ate at home. The flavor was great, the spice level was on point, the lady that took my order was friendly, the prices were fair, and the amount of food given was enough for leftovers. I’ll definitely be coming back 😋
