A hidden gem! This small place across from Merle Hay Mall is so underrated!!! Today we enjoyed their chicken fajitas which were absolutely to die for! We have many leftovers that will make some great lunches. I also had a virgin pina colada which was delicious! A must-try if you're in the area!

Pretty standard Mexican meal, causal atmosphere with friendly staff. We ordered veggie burritos with a margarita on the rocks and chicken fajitas with a Tecate. Not many places have Tecate so this was a real treat, even in a can. Portions are large and there was enough left over for tomorrow's lunches. The only draw back is the chips were bag chips- plain and thin and the salsa was the same- plain and thin. I love a place where I eat so much salsa and chips before the meal that I need more water for the sodium rush...this is not that kind of place.

I was driving around West Des Moines like a crazy person trying to find a restaurant that would have dine in. Ended up in Urbandale and found this place. This is my new to go spot!! Margaritas were delicious $10 for an 18 oz Don Julio Margarita, can’t beat that! Food was so tasty! Shrimp fajitas with some fried jalapeños YUM!

Excellent food with large portions. Salsa with chips was spiced just right. The Hawaiian Tacos were an interesting twist. We will be back when we come though Des Moines again.
