Thank you Homemakers for helping us finish our home. We have had an amazing experience with service and product on all furnishings. We even shopped the clearance outlet and had friendly service from David (if I remember correctly) multiple times! The delivery guys have all been very professional and friendly. Thanks, we will continue to shop homemakers. We love your artificial flowers too, great pricing and beautiful decor. High quality furniture from our tables, chairs, beds, patio furniture.

Horrible customer service, legit the worst! The accounting/customer service team made a HUGE mistake and now it is being pushed back on me when none of it was my fault and now they are refusing to work with me on any of it. After shopping here for years I will not be spending anymore money here and it's sad because I love the furniture here and my whole house is furnished from Homemakers, but I will go anywhere else and never step inside this store again, they treated us so badly that the manager Bill chased us out to our vehicle and begged us to come back inside after walking out of the store after the wrong furniture was delivered and it was damaged and returns were not processed in a timely manner and we were laughed at and passed all around the customer service department like nobody knew what was going on, and now it's just ope sorry we can't help you any longer

Great service! Great quality furniture at great prices. Our delivery date was accurate, worker was even earlier than estimated time and was so helpful with getting the furniture as close to my door as possible(we chose to have it delivered at doorstep). Highly recommend !!

I bought a recliner for $1600. It broke in under a year. They ordered a new frame and it's been sitting here for 3 months. When I called customer service they blamed it on the warranty company I paid $99 for and then said "oh, we don't make any money on that." I asked to exchange the recliner and they said "oh, no, we wouldn't do that!" I asked if they stood behind their product and she actually said no!!!!! I am calling consumer protection at the attorney general's office Monday! I suggest those of you with complaints also contact consumer protection at the Iowa Attorney General.

the furniture they sell is junk. the lazyboy chair is under warranty for parts. they want 80 an hour. a little over a year old. customer service is awful. worth paying more to get better customer service.

All associates are very kind and helpful. They all had great customer experience. Fantastic answering all questions.

My sales associate, Daniel, was exactly who I would hope to have helping me. He was courteous, friendly, understanding, patient, and knowledgeable! This store has a wide variety of everything in home furnishings, and all excellent quality. Make it your last stop for home furnishings!
