I called to place an order, the person put me on hold over 10 mins, I hung up called again and got a busy signal 😤😤😤 very frustrating! ik it's busy but have courtesy for ALL customers IN PERSON and ON THE PHONE!!! if you are a MANAGER allowing this type of service SHAME on YOU, after all this I went in to order and guess what I waited to place order IN PERSON for another 10 mins 😤😤😤 Bad Service, GET IT TOGETHER ‼️

Ihop in urbandale is the best hands down. Jimmy our server was absoutly wonderful and very attentive. The bacon was cooked just like I asked. I live on the southside but I would definitely drive clear to urbandale just to go to ihop. I usually don't write reviews but this location definitely deserved one. I had the banana Foster pancake and it was amazing.

Visited IHOP yesterday on Memorial Day. Got the breakfast scrambler, asked to sub pancakes for French toast. Was not told there would be a $3 up charge and I only get 1 French toast instead of two. Server wasn’t the best. No refills the entire time we were there. Perkins is significantly better. Would recommend their establishment over IHOP
