Never been to a slower JJ’s. Over 15 minutes in the drive thru for 1 sandwich? What in the world. I actually waited in line long enough to take my dog that was with me on a potty break and the line still did not move. Wow.

Honestly the slowest jimmy John’s I have ever been to. And I have ordered here multiple times cause it’s so close to my house. I’m not sure what takes so long to make the one sandwich even if I do delivery, online ordering for pickup, it still takes them quite a bit of time. I even waited for over 20 minutes in the drive thru line and there was only one car in front of me... and no orders behind me for awhile. So not sure what their process is and how to speed up their process. Definitely not a freaky fast location if you are in a rush.

Walked in and no one was out front. Stood there for a couple of minutes and kid was playing on his phone in the corner. Didn't say more then two words. Gave him my order the. Another guy came out and didn't say a word..got handed my sandwich and left.

Again. They're closed. This is January 19th at 7:25. I'm officially done with Jimmy John's. Iowa sucks Every time I try to go to this location the door is locked and I have to go through the drive-thru. It's 7:00 at night. The thing is I'm waiting forever for someone to answer the drive-thru. This last time I don't think anybody even was there. Waited 15 left now. I'm at Wendy's
7pm on a Saturday and the the place is closed. Says drive through only but no one there. Was supposed to open until 10 pm.

I am not one to leave any bad reviews, but this is the worst Jimmy John's I've been to, took almost 30 minutes to order food and get it from the drive through and then the sandwich wasn't even fresh. The lettuce was brown, bacon was raw and bread was old. Would not recommend this location.

This location has had severe staffing issues for a couple years now. Employees are very nice and understanding, and I feel for them because some of them seem to be trying their best, but the service is terrible. I work down the street and it takes about an hour for my sandwich to get delivered. I just received my order for the $10 deal and it's missing the cookie, and whoever prepared my order did not cut my sandwich in half like requested. I would avoid this one if you could. Very inconvenient.
