Went through the drive thru and waited 25 minutes on a lunch break for 3 items and 1 special request/substitution on my Big Mac. Remind you I worked at a McDonald’s myself so I know the process and procedures in place to accomplish everything in the store. First off took so long to get recognized at the speaker only to be greeted with an employee that sounded like they hate their job. Second waited another 10 minutes to get cashed out only to be pulled forward into drive thru spot 1. I waited there for quite some more time just to walk into the store myself and grab my own food that was luke warm at best. The employees are more interested in their phones than getting orders out. Watched a girl scroll thru her phone while bagging and walking the bag so slow if she was going any slower she’d be going backwards to me. Would never recommend this place to anyone. The wait is ridiculous and the crew doesn’t care. Thy make you wait and give you cold food.

Ordered on the mobile app. Took forever in drive thru line to get food. Food was barely warm. Paid for double quarter pounder cheese and got 1 patty. Fries were barely warm. Will not be back to this location

Absolutely terrible service. I understand that McDonalds is listed as “Fast Food”, but the staff doesn’t recognize that. I would boycott this location unless you enjoy waiting for an extended period of time and like “somewhat warm food” at the most!

Been going here a while and every time I regret it! Today was horrible. Ordered double cheeseburger and large fry. Took almost 15 minutes and received a medium fry and the meat on double cheese was so burnt it was rock hard. Threw my lunch away and went to the gas station next door!
