SLOWEST McDonald's ever pulled up to order and noones waiting and after sitting there for what seems like forever they finally take your order and when you pull up to the window people rather be on cell phones then do theres jobs if your not in a hurry this is the place for you

First time I thought McDonald’s would be so poorly ran. And theFirst time I’ve ever had a McDonald’s sandwich back because it was so old and dry. I couldn’t eat it. I had to wait for the cashier to come back to the counter. She turned around and told the cook and laughed about it. The restroom was a one stall . his and hers include a picture of that one.

No urgency from staff. I ordered curbside however, after an unacceptable wait, I went in to avoid being late as a result. My order was ready on a rack behind the counter and there were no employees to be found upon my entry. After a short wait, an employee walkes past me back and behind the counter from the bathroom. I was ignored so I had to flag her down and please for my order.

they stole my coupon and said they couldn’t use it here. but still took it. rude poor service
The young gentleman working the register was helpful as he could be but we were trying to use the app and we couldn't figure it out. The manager of course was no help she was too worried about getting back to her phone and so she told us basically sorry, not sorry, you can't get the discount your trying to use in the app unless you figure it out and I don't know anything about the app. Then she was gone and the kid still tried for a while until we just says never mind and pays for our meals without the discounts. The fries were old and cold and then when I said something she put my same old fries down in the fryer so we just didn't eat them even after paying full price for them. Give the young gentleman a raise and make the manager be a manager things might get better.

Drive thru was long so I went in to place an order. One worker coughing and running and sweating all over the place. I haven’t had Mc’D’s in years and am giving it up for good after this experience. Hopefully won’t get Covid from the coughing. Gross.

Went to this store and didn't have a great experience. Food took forever and the board that says if the order is processing or being served always reads that my order is ready, but yet, it's not ready. Manager said sorry and made some excuse about having many large orders. I will NEVER go back to this one! That is, if I even go back to McDonald's entirely, at all. SMH
