Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

No one answers the phone, the website to order doesn't work. Its charging us for food we did not get!

Ordered online at 4:43, said pizza should be done by 5:10, i go in at 5:20 giving them extra time, and they haven't started it, which would be ok if they didnt proceed to then make 6 other people's orders before mine. Ridiculous it took 40 more minutes to make 2 raw pizzas. When i finally got my pizzas at 5:50 I expressed how ridiculous a 40 minute late wait is on an online order. Also nowhere is it posted, but they dont accept anything bigger than a $20. Three workers when i walked in, it shouldn't take almost an hour to make an order that was already supposed to be ready.

I've been a customer here for years. I have never been so disrespected by a manager like I was here. I tried going through the proper channels to see that he was disciplined or reprimanded for his behavior, but my concerns weren't valid enough, I guess. You don't treat people any kind of way, especially when you're representing someone else's company. If that's how you act when you're at home, that's your business, but when you step through those doors, you're representing more than just yourself. I'm sickened at the level of unprofessionalism by the manager and lack of care from the owner. I will never spend another dime here.

Walked in last Friday, stood there for over 5 minutes with no employees even acknowledging us to take out order. They just looked at us a few times and a few were just on their phones. Finally, just walked out

I usually have good luck at this store. I picked up my pizza, which was supposed to be a combo with everything. Got home and it looks like I got a single topping pizza. Can't get anyone to pick up the phone. Kind of disappointed.

My pizza wasn’t ready due to a dough issue. They gave me a 25% off coupon for my wait. Wish they would have called, but I appreciate the coupon.

Check your order...more than once they put green olives on instead of green peppers. Obviously a good pizza for the money or I wouldn't be back
