Not one to leave reviews, but it's pretty obvious that most of the employees here don't care at all. First time coming they were on phones sitting on countertops. Second time I took 10 minutes before they even realized we were here. along with all food preparation surfaces were unclean same with the lobby and half the tabels. and this was at 4:30 both times with no others in the restaurant.

Pretty decent food, cost somehow always ends up far higher than what would be expected from the menu price + tax. The lady who usually cashiers comes off as rude as well. I've loved Pita Pit for a while but this location is not a good enough experience to justify the cost.

I used to really like Pita Pit, back in my college days. I have not had it in years, however, and was somewhat disappointed by it when trying recently.
The chicken used to come in larger strips, but now appears to be finely chopped, almost shredded, which makes the texture very unusual.
Additionally, it seems like their barbecue sauce is different than it used to be. The taste was odd to me, and honestly I didn't enjoy it.
These things are not the fault of the workers, who were helpful and generally good at their jobs, but I likely won't eat at these restaurants anymore as a result of these things.

It is not often where I am compelled to write a negative review but I love pita pit and im tired of wasting my money at this location. Train your workers to care enough to not put things on my wrap I asked off. This is the 3rd time in a row I've wasted my money craving pita pit. I don't think I will be back any time soon

Does not care to listen when you take ingredients off. I paid 19 dollars for a wrap and a side took ingredients off due to allergens and when I got it, it came not as I ordered it, I have to throw it in the trash, and door dash won't even help. It's sad. I know that if it's because it was too much to ask for, that doesn't make sense since it was less ingredients to add. I was looking forward to it, now I have to spend another 20 bucks to order from somewhere else. How dare I order from y'all. My bad.

We got our food tonight at the pita Pitt on Merle hay. After we ordered we sat down at a booth and were ready to eat, until we were informed that we couldn’t eat in the restaurant after 7:30 even though you guys close at 8pm? As a business owner myself I think this is a foolish rule and if it’s not a rule I’d consider letting your staff to not kick people out 30 mins before you close. Best of luck to you.
