I love protein house and always get the aloha sandwhich. The aloha is a type of burger with sautéed onions on it and is so good. I ubered an order today with my significant other, and it came with a chicken breast on it? With plain red onions. It even asked how I wanted it cooked so that’s how I knew I didn’t choose a chicken option? Not worth $20 at all.

I had the power bowl, vegan wrap, air fried fries, and sweet potato mash. All were fully vegan. The power bowl was a bit spicy for my taste (but good if you like spicy!), the wrap was SOOO TASTY!!!! And the fries were as expected, mash was too dry, but full of flavor! All in all for a transitioning vegan, it was a great find!

Great place for lunch! Healthy options are abundant, food is delicious and full of flavor! Loved the motivational message on my spicy chicken wrap! Team was inviting and friendly! Great Service!What a gem in Urbandale!
