I stopped into the Quiznos in Urbandale and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and enjoyable the whole visit was. The moment I walked in, the place felt welcoming — bright, clean, and comfortable without being crowded or noisy. It had that “well taken care of” vibe that instantly puts you at ease. The staff really stood out. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, upbeat, and impressively quick without making the experience feel rushed. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it makes a difference. It’s refreshing to see a team that works efficiently while still being warm and attentive. And of course, the food was the highlight. I ordered a steak sub, and it was absolutely delicious — hot, flavorful, and made exactly the way I wanted. Everything tasted fresh and well‑prepared. Overall, this location delivered a great experience from start to finish, and I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the area.

No greetings, no thank yous, no smiles. I ordered a honey mustard chicken sandwich. It was drenched in dressing and I couldn't taste anything but the honey mustard. I asked 3 times to have it wrapped in two seperate halves before it was done that way. You also cant see your food being prepared like at other sandwich shops, so it was a suprise when my sandwich was wet and soggy.

Came here today with my daughter from out of town and the lady behind the counter was not polite. Iy was like she was mad we came in. She didn't smile and was extremely short in her vocal tones towards us. We ended up taking our food to go because she made us feel uncomfortable. Wont be back.

I haven't seen a Quiznos in several years and I didn't have time to eat before medical transport took me to a physical therapy appointment and I was so glad to see it next door. I wasn't sure how to order but the wonderful young lady explained everything to me and prepared me a delicousy to remember and I enjoyed getting to talk some with her. The bread has very unique texture and is better than most that I have had anywhere. ✨Congratulations on your marriage ✨ I think she deserves a raise.

Restaurant was not busy at all. We walked up to the counter, did not get greeted and did not get asked what we wanted to order. When we paid the cashier just stared at us blankly and she did not even have chips in the bag yet, she was very rude with us and loudly stated the food was ready, when I put the bag together myself she shook her head like she was annoyed. If had not already added the tip she would have gotten $0. Rudest customer service I have received in a long time. The receipt said her name was Sandra. Urbandale, Iowa location.
