We went here close to closing time on New Year's Day so it was pretty empty. Our server. Michelle was amazing! If I don't go back for the food I'll definitely be for the customer service.

We attended as a group and there were staff present but really appeared to be one sever serving the entire establishment. The food was sub par. The server that was working did as good as she could with all the responsibility she had. Would not return.

Mediocre at best. Servings were SMALL. I ordered the ribeyes and St Louis ribs with fries. My ribeye looked flat and dry... they cut off the tender part of the ribeye that make it a ribeye... also my ribs were Baby back... I paid extra for St Louis... I paid abt $26. Will I venture back over there... Heck NNNOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

My shrimp had 5 pieces for 13$ no sides. I would have had more food going to Culver’s or ordering a kids happy meal. Our waiter also announced she was ill and leaving whilst holding her stomach and saying she had whatever’s going around.

After the last Ruby Tuesday in my state closed in 2021, I had a craving so I took a road trip. The salad bar, my main reason for the road trip, did not disappoint. Neither did the friendly service.
