We were welcomed by a 16 year old host with dark hair and a bad attitude. We had our elderly parents with us and she offered either a booth or Hightop. I pointed over to a short table that needed to be cleaned, she retorted "I SAID this section is Closed!" So we picked a booth. On the bar side. Fast forward a few minutes time to get our salads. The table I pointed out was seated. As the host passed by I said so this section is closed huh? And that really set her off she got in my face and said "DONT TALK TO ME LIKE THAT EVER!" she then went and told her manager. When I got my salad and was walking back I explained more to the manager as the host was talking with her. Manager said I didn't need to be rude. Host said "Im only 16 dont talk to me like that . Which I wasnt I never raised my voice or swore. I was upset I was lied to about the table. NOW the positive the server was awesome and was buried in customers. Positive attitude, extremely nice to my dad. And prompt service. The food? Salad Bar was the best out of everything. Server A+ Host F- Manager D-

Very sweet blonde girl waited on me and my grandchildren. However out of all people the manger, from the moment we walked in was unpleasant. Didnât acted thrilled to see us walk in the door, and the way I could over hear her talking to our server like she didnât matter to the restaurant was devastating. You rock paige!! Donât let any job or person make you feel any less!!

Nice location and good service. The menu is varied and offers a lot of options, but the food definitely has a "manufactured" flavor - similar to any other chain restaurant.

It took a long time to get our food, the portions were small and the cost high. I ordered a smashburger which was the size of a slider, pretty much and tater tots, which were too done on the outside and not done in the middle. Won't be back.

The salad bar is amazing. There are lots of things to choose from to put on your salad. Menu items are quite pricy for what you get. We got chicken tenders and got 4 small tenders no bigger than my fingers. They were overcooked.

The chicken quesadilla was good. The loaded potato skins tasted like they came out of a freezer and placed in a microwave. The 5 cheese cheesesteak was ok. Just eat it while it's hot.

I got the salad bar and a loaded guac smash burger. The burger was ok, and the salad bar was pretty awesome.
However, the service was lackluster. My boyfriend was asking about a deal he saw on TV but didn't see it on the menu. The host told him it's on the website. After looking, we couldn't find it on the website, so we asked the server.... again, it's on the website.
He finally asked a third time, which items are part of the $9.99 deal. She couldn't remember which items, so she huffed and puffed and said she'd go write it down. She came back and proceeded to read us the items at 100mph. There were at least 10 things on the list, so we couldn't remember or understand anything she said.
Ruby Tuesdays- put your deals on the menu or train your people to show them where to find it on the website. Don't act like your customers are the biggest inconvenience ever for asking about something they saw on tv. She was flat-out rude and made us feel unwelcome.
We tipped, but she didn't deserve it.

The steak was very thin and sadly, both steak and ribs were not tasty at all.

Went to Ruby Tuesday on Sunday night. We had a group of 8.made reservations arrives 10 minutes early. Was greeted by a very rude manager. Lectured us about being early and said our waiter wonât be there for 10 more

Someone greeted us. Waitress was very flustered. I believe she had 3 tables including ours. Brought cold coffee, forgot drinks. When the Elderly grandpa asked for coffee she was rude and talked back to him. The. The manager came
Over and was wise again. Not once did they apologize for cold coffee. Didnât check on our food, etc. We did order dessert (had feee coupons). Again met with very rude behavior from waitress a s manager. Will not

The garden bar is fresh and clean, with a good selection. Service is good, facility is nice.
Definitely worth more than one visit. If we lived nearby, we would purchase the garden bar pass.

After a period of decline this Ruby Tuesdays has really come back. We like going there even just for salad however...their daily deals are amazing right now!
