I stopped in to this location today (Tuesday, January 31st, 2023) and the time was 7:42pm. I went to order a drink and I was told that their blenders are down for the night because they close in ten minutes. Your company is advertised to be open until 8pm. Either I was lied to, you don't want my business, or your times are falsely advertised (says open until 8pm). I will never stop at this location again! I'm a very frequent customer to Starbucks and I have never been snubbed like this at any other location. I saw this one was closer to my work, so now you will not be getting my business tonight because my break time is up. Waste of time to stop here if you're crunched for time and it is within the last twenty minutes of them closing. Find another location. All the other ones will help you all the way up to the time of closing. This one does not. One star is too much.

This location is so amazing!! They make sure they get everything about your order correct and even write your name right! The staff is so friendly and nice and overall a satisfying 10/10

Went on 6/20 around 420pm. Only one person working when we got there the place was a disaster and so dirty (not the employees fault as she was the only one working). She took my order and before I could ask for a receipt she went to make the drink. I asked when I got my drink if I could get my receipt (another employee had shown up by this time) and he told me no that he wasn’t able to print it! I told him I didn’t even get asked if I wanted one, nor even had the chance. My beverage was almost a whole dollar more that what the sign stated. Apparently they charge you extra for SKIM MILK even though the prices should be the SAME for 2% and SKIM!! There were also flies everywhere and one even landed in another persons drink that was on the counter.

Typical Starbucks. Not a fan but had gift cards to use and needed a caffeine jolt whilst traversing the tedious stretch of traffic known as I-80. Ordered plain old coffee and it was served lukewarm. Ugh. Tasted like it had sat for hours. The staff did kindly take it back and brewed fresh. This detour took about 15 minutes from standing in line to order to drinkable coffee in hand. Meanwhile, the fancy pants coffee and tea beverages were efficiently served.Lesson learned: Starbucks excels in designer drinks, but it is not worth the time (or money - $3.25 (gasp))for a basic cup of coffee for purists such as myself.Staff helpful for managing gift cards. Not a slam on the staff, it's my impression basic coffee gets short shrift from the chain compared to the multiple ingredient and step menu items.
Parking: This Starbucks is inside of a Target store. Parking can be crazy due to pedestrian traffic. I advise to park in the outskirts of the lot and pull through, walk a few extra steps to the store and save yourself some traffic grief. Your heart will thank you.

Let me start by saying I go to Starbucks everyday. I often go to the one downtown, the winder heights Hyvee Starbucks and the one on Merle hay. I came into this one asking for my regular, 2 grande salted cream cold foam nitros inside a Trenta cup and I pay for 2 grandes every time because I know they can’t do a bigger size.The girl told me she was not aloud to put two grande nitros in a Trenta, which I thought was odd but whatever. So I asked for a Trenta cold brew instead with no water and no ice. She then said she had to put water in it. I took the drink because I wasn’t going to argue over a drink but this is the worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. I saw she was about to put ice in it so I asked once again for no ice. She rolled her eyes at me and said “k”. The drink was gross and completely watered down. I ended up throwing it away after a few sips.

Love this Starbucks and all its employees. All the girls are great and take great care to quickly and efficiently make my order. They take care of me every day and I love being a regular at this store. It may be a target Starbucks but it's the best staffed in iowa
