My experience at this Starbucks was far from satisfactory. Instead of preparing the fresh drink I ordered, I received a drink from the counter that was simply transferred to a larger cup. This is completely unacceptable. I have serious concerns about the cleanliness and safety of that cup, and this shows a lack of respect for customers.

Orders are not made correctly. Ordered a Matcha Latte with soy milk and it said it on the sticker but it was just regular milk. Another time they did 1/2 soy and regular. Like what if I was allergic to regular milk? I also ordered a Cheese Danish and they asked if I would like it warmed and I said yes. Took a bite out of it and it was ice cold. I’ve never been to Starbucks like this that consistently gets orders wrong.

When taking my order they apparently did not hear the name I gave them or just did not enter it. The young lady filling orders was not announcing names or what the drink was that she was placing on the counter. I waited 10 minutes and went up and asked about my drink, she asked if it was one of the drinks sitting on the counter. When I told her 1 was the drink but it had no name she told me I must not have given my name and to just take that one. I asked if she thought it would be hot still was told she didn't know and turned her back to me. For what you pay for a beverage there, less than acceptable service.

I like this starbucks. Not only does it have access to hyvee donuts or bananas but it’s normally quite a bit slower paced inside and the staff is friendly.They tend to nail my and my wife’s drink too

I've been to this location a few times now, and I must say it isn't my favorite. I've noticed this locations espresso drinks have a more burnt flavor to them than other Starbucks I've been to, which more than likely is just an espresso machine issue. I would give more stars to this location, but I have a few issues. First, I'd say 80-90% of the staff is great. I've had a few employees roll their eyes at orders or talk instead of helping. Other than that, there are some really good baristas here. My other main point is some drinks have come out wrong. While this normally isn't an issue, I'm lactose intolerant and have been given dairy milk instead of the alternative milk that I paid the upcharge for on multiple occasions. I understand that mistakes happen, but it seems to happen more often than not. Especially when it comes to the tea lattes where it is just milk + syrup/ powder, I wish there was a little more care to the order. Overall, I give 3 stars for the mostly good experiences and hope to see some improvements.
