Everyone is very positive and friendly, it feels like a neighborhood business not a corporation. I haven’t had this quality of service in any other location. Amanda has set a wonderful example of quality customer service.

They said they couldn’t toast my flat bread even though flat bread HAS to be toasted because of the raw eggs in it. And then the worker put the wrong sauce on my sandwich and then refused to make me a different sandwich even though I was allergic to the wrong sauce that she put on

I have been going to this subway for more than a year and I’ve seen a lot of their employees come and go. Tonight was different. Best service I’ve ever seen from any Subway. Kieran and Nick were phenomenal. I walked in and was immediately greeted. Both of them were kind and respectful. I absolutely will be coming back after tonight’s experience. Highly recommend

It was a frustrating experience for us. Staff don't speak or understand English and do not seem to accept the coupons. Newly advertised items aren't in stock. Trying to communicate the order was such a challenge it made for an unpleasant experience. In the end, we didn't get what we wanted and paid too much, but the only employee on site couldn't speak a word of English to us to understand what we were asking for. I won't go back.
