Had to reduce it a "star". Taco Johns at this location is real "hit or miss" in terms of ordering online. Sometimes they wait until the appropriate time to make the order... other times they make it way ahead of time, and the food is cold and soggy. My best recommendation is to either order at the facility... or online only if you can get there in a few minutes.

We ordered a crispy taco, a chicken quesadilla potato olés, a drink and because we have the app we were treated to a free dessert. We opted for donut bites. Every item , except the soda, was hot and delicious.

Apparently, this location does not accept offers and deals from the mobile app when you "Redeem at Restaurant". They only accept "Redeem via Mobil Order". The 15% off did not work and since I already selected Redeem at Restaurant I could not go back and change it. This is the only location that I have seen do this.

I expect very little from Taco John’s, yet they regularly disappoint. Have not been there in months because the quality was falling. Tried it again today and utter disappointment. Cold food made with low quality ingredients. The steak was nothing but fat and gristle. Their famous potatoes were cold and soggy. Will not be coming back.

Pulled up the the drive through at 9:58, sat there for a minute and they wouldn’t answer so I drove up to the window. Girl opens the window and says we close at 10. I told her I was sitting at the menu since 9:58. She laughed and said they have to shut down early. If you’re open until 10 you serve until 10. Maybe they need to change their closing time to 9:45 then to properly close. Horrible service, won’t be back.

Me and my son were in the Des Moines area to pick up his Subaru from OTL. Stopped for lunch at my favorite place, Taco Johns! Wether we're I live or out of town, TJ's never lets me down. The thing I liked the most is they still have the 25% off survey receipts !! Bring those back to the Omaha NE metro area.... PLEASE!! and keep your Churro's.

Overall not bad. Nothing too special, just your typical taco johns. Tried their street tacos and they were pretty decent, but the cheese definitely ruined it for me. Potato Oles didn't have much seasoning either which was disappointing.

Stopped here after 10 am or so to grab some food after Little Leapers at the trampoline park.The guy at the drive-through was friendly. Food came out fast, hot, and tasted good.
