got the gyro basket... it was fabulous. Great gyro, yummy fries, and phenomenal rings, I don't do slaw, but I'm sure it's good too. super friendly and efficient....

Food was good but the atmosphere was a little off putting. This was my second time coming and the cooks in the back aggressively stared the whole time, noticed they offered table service to everyone but our table, we had to go up front and get our own food. I really liked the food, just didnt feel welcomed overall as a person of color.

Travel for work. Asking co workers "best place for gyros?" YO! Ted's is the place to go! Fast service,great price and the food.....*chef kiss. It was so good, thought about grabbing a gyro for the one that recommended me here, but no. If you don't at least try this place when your in des moines, your a big stupid face!

Went in with my coworker she got a basket I got chicken nuggets and cheese sticks. Everything in her basket was undercooked. My chicken nuggets were undercooked. My cheese sticks were so fried and nuked that they were completely stuck to the paper container they came in( i had to peel them out with a fork and all that came off was cheese and paper) When I tried to bring it to the male employees attention he grabbed the tray, took it to the back, threw it down on the counter and ignored me. I tried to make it clear that I wasn’t requesting any sort of compensation. I just wanted to bring it to his attention. He continue to ignore me and then let him know that the pop machine was out of syrup and he continued to ignore me! I visited all of the other Coney Island and Ted Coney Island locations. This is one that I will NOT return to….

Went to lunch today extremely satisfied with the price and the atmosphere. I had a great time.
We stopped in for a late lunch and was amazed at the reasonable prices for such large portions. I had the gyro, my husband a sandwich and my son a burger and we all loved our meals. The basket option came with coleslaw that was delicious, fries as well as onion rings. The restaurant was clean and the service very friendly. I can't wait to come back, and immediately recommended it to a relative. I hope to join them here!
