This very small restaurant packs them in. We tried to have dinner our first night in town and the wait was 2 1/2 hours. What does that tell you? The Walleye is the draw and you won't be disappointed. We went at 4:30, opening time, on our next visit and scored a first seating table. 5 pieces of hand battered fish for us and some of the best Margaritas you will find. First rate service, very effecient staff. This is a must.
What a gem. The place fills up when the door opens, so get there early if you want the first round of tables. The drinks were cold. The walleye was generous and the price was fair. Homemade salad dressing is a bonus. I'd guess the coleslaw was homemade as well. We had great service.
I had shrimp and my wife had the walleye special. The fish was excellent but I’ve had better shrimp.
She had the fried potatoes and had no complaints, something different no offered in many places. I had hash browns and again I’ve better.
The atmosphere is very quaint.
It is small and looks over the lake.
The parking is beside the street and limited.
Overall we’ll go back again, I’ll get the fish.
