The coffee is pretty good here. I do not recommend the smoothies. My husband got a mango smoothie and he spit it out. My daughter and I both tried it and deemed it undrinkable. We had to throw it away.

GREAT calming atmosphere, place you like to hang out for a bit and relax during a hectic day. Quality coffee, drink options and exceptional made from scratch baked goods!
I can only give 3 stars because of the wait times. I had to wait over 30 mins for 2 lattes..... that's seems very excessive for a customer to expect to wait that long for 2 coffees. Other wise the place is great.

We just ate at Brickside for lunch yesterday. Some how, the past few times we were in Vinton we missed seeing this place. The atmosphere is so charming, the people so friendly, and the sandwiches and soup really delicious! We will be back to eat here - and to shop for gift items, as they have a lovely selection of new things and antiques. We highly recommend this place!

Amazing coffee. Amazing breakfast treats. They're quick to take special requests and the serving sizes are actually filling vs corporate chains where you're lucky yo give 2 or 3 bites. I LOVE this place. Definitely my go to anytime I'm in town with time to spare!
