Nick, Lecretia and the whole staff are wonderful. We go nearly every week for wing night. They couldn't be more accommodating and there is always something new on their menu to experience.

Vinton, Iowa Pizza Ranch location. Chicken was cold, and breading was terribly dark and tasted like old roasted oil. Definitely not fresh. Salad.bar was Skippy. Green Beans were empty, and the gal just stood and looked and mixed up the juice. There is much better food in Cedar Falls and Cedar Rapids.

My wife and I had supper there and the chicken was BAD.. dry and over cooked. The cost is very high my wife had to pay for the buffet and because she has a glutin problem she was charged an addition $19.00 making her meal cost $34.00 for her alone plus my $15.00 plus tax and all $50.00 almost robbery... will we try again.... not a chance
WE ORDERED FROM PIZZA RANCH TONIGHT AUG 9TH 2024 I ORDERED A REG MASHED POTATO AND A GRAVY I ENDED UP GETTING MY ITEMS IN THE SAME CONTAINER, NEVER HAD THIS WAY BEFORE WHEN I ORDERED IT SO I CALLED AND THE GAL WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE KEPT ARGUING WITH ME BASICALLY CALLING ME A LIAR SAYING THAT THIS IS HOW IT CAME ON REG ORDERS , NO SHE'S WRONG IVE ALWAYS GOT A POTATO IN ONE CONTAINER AND A GRAVY IN A SEPARATE CONTAINER BUT YET THIS GAL TOLD ME I WAS INCORRECT , WELL FYI TO HER SHE'S WRONG ID THINK ID KNOW WHAT IVE ALWAYS GOT , DIDN'T REALIZE THAT THE WE WORKERS WERE SUPPOSED TO ARGUE WITH THE PAYING CUSTOMER , , NOT VERY HAPPY NOR NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL OF HER TO ACT LIKE SHE HAD , I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH NICK THE MANAGER AND SHE REFUSED TO GET HIM SO I WILL CONTACT HIM LATER
