This is where you go if you want to see the locals rattle each other’s cages. Typical Iowa small town bar with food. I will say the food is elevated though due to the owners significant experience with BBQ. Feel free to park the side-by-side out front & don’t be afraid to join in on the midwestern banter.

I’ll need to come back and actually try some barbecue as this round went with family and tried the broasted chicken. This seems like a great small town option for some bar food. The broasted chicken was good and the broasted potatoes were decent too as they always need sour cream which was extra. The table had three orders of the broasted potatoes and it all came together in one basket which was odd and slightly lazy. We would have preferred to have it separate. My husband ordered...
